Rewati Raman Dhakal
Founder & CEO
Mr. Rewati is a Founder and CEO of Nepal Center for Philanthropy and Development Center (NCPD). Currently, he is one of the Vice Chair of the Asia Philanthropy Award 2019, Judging Committee, South Korea. He also runs an Asian Regional news portal www.mangopost.com for promoting philanthropy and fundraising by showcasing pertinent issues and empowering people and organization through information and awareness in Asia.
Rewati also have extensive experience of working with more than three dozen non-profit organizations in 14 countries from belt and road region especially in project development and fundraising.
He offers training, coaching and mentoring to CSOs for branding, networking, friend rising, fundraising strategy plan development, and project development and grant writing. Rewati has also been a Country Ambassador for IFC Asia and also is a US Department of State's International Visitor Leadership Program Alumni.
Mr. Dhakal has also successfully completed the Certified Campaign Manager (CCM) in fundraising from the International Council of Non-Profit Management in South Korea and in course of receiving certification.
Bishal Rai
Co-Founder & Director
Mr Bishal Rai is a Co-founder and Director of Nepal Center for Philanthropy and Development (NCPD). He has accomplished Master in Business Administration from Purbanchal University, Nepal.
Mr Rai, has nearly one and half decade of experience in leading several development projects related to democracy, youth empowerment, community development and public health. He has worked with several bilateral and multilateral institutions like USAID, EU, and Danida HUGO.
Mr. Rai is sound in project management and development, capacity development, event management and fundraising, lobbying and networking as well.
Jerry Clewett
International Development Consultant
Jerry is offers consultancy/training/coaching in programme design/development; donor engagement; project cycle management; strategic planning; monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning; institutional fundraising; proposal and report writing/editing; risk management; rights based approaches; gender; and organisational development
He has 32 years international development experience with a focus on supporting the poorest of the people living in poverty to realize their rights. Held positions in UK (13 years), Nepal (13 years), Vietnam (3 years) and Thailand (2 years) in large and medium sized NGOs including Plan International, International Planned Parenthood Association (IPPF), Health Unlimited, BBC Media Action, and HelpAge International. Experience in Nepal included work with United Mission to Nepal, Lutheran World Federation, and Gandaki Boarding School.
In addition Jerry has had short term assignments in 22 other countries of Africa (Sierra Leone, Rwanda, Somalia, Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Namibia, Zimbabwe), Asia (Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, China, Iran), and Latin America (Peru, Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Nicaragua).
