NCPD carries out regular and tailored capacity building program to build the capacity of philanthropy actors, the private sector, and development practitioners through a diverse range of learning and engagement platforms. These include trainings, conferences, seminars, workshops, coaching, mentoring, and networking opportunities designed to strengthen the philanthropic ecosystem in Nepal.
NCPD regularly organizes capacity-building trainings in key areas such as Strategic Philanthropy and Social Investment, Fundraising and Resource Mobilization for Civil Society Organizations, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Private Sector Engagement, Philanthropy Research and Evidence-Based Giving, Impact Measurement and Social Return on Investment (SROI), Community Philanthropy and Local Giving, and Proposal Writing and Donor Engagement. These trainings respond to the evolving needs of civil society organizations, philanthropic institutions, and private sector actors in Nepal.
